Design your own cake or choose from one of the ones you see here. Many colors, sizes and styles are available. I can use buttercreme or fondant. I am one of the only (if not only) cake galleries in town making fondant cakes. The beautiful smooth texture almost looks too good to eat sometimes but I guarantee you that you'll love the taste at the very first bite!

Hi Karen I am sitting here with your mom at one of my card classes and we are talking about your beautiful cakes. I make cakes as well so I love your blog. However I do not like making or dealing with fondant. If I send you a photo of a cake where I only need some fondant flowers made perhaps you could quote me a price and I could go from there with my decision. Also your mom said you buy boxes in Muskegon, but I was finding that the boxes I buy for a 12x18 for example the frosting hits the edge of the box. I am frustrated because I know my customers would appreciate their cake in a box. any advice?
